1. Introduction Welcome to Pura Drive Store. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and accept the following Terms of Service. Pura Drive Store is a brand managed by Puradrivestore, operating under VAT number PT231941307, with headquarters in Penafiel, Portugal.

2. Product Information and Pricing All products (t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts) displayed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product colors and details may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

3. Ordering and Payment Process By placing an order, the user commits to payment. Payments are processed securely via the methods available in the store. Pura Drive Store reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or out-of-stock items.

4. Shipping Policy Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, although we will do our utmost to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

5. Exchanges and Returns In accordance with Portuguese legislation for online sales (DL 24/2014), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order, without the need to provide a reason.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
