Returns and Exchanges Policy - Pura Drive Store

At Pura Drive Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to exchange or return an item, please refer to the conditions below:

1. Return and Exchange Period You have a period of 14 consecutive days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange for any item.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following requirements:

• It must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.

• All original tags must remain intact.

• It must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Note: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible for any loss in value of the product, which will be deducted from the refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs The shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Pura Drive Store cannot be held responsible for lost packages during return transit.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (or exchange, as requested) within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Exceptions (Customized Items) In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products manufactured according to consumer specifications or those that are clearly personalized. If your item has been customized (e.g., custom printing made upon specific request), we reserve the right to evaluate the possibility of an exchange or return on a case-by-case basis.
