At Pura Drive Store, every item is handled with precision. Our shipping process is structured to ensure quality delivery from our workshop to your doorstep.

1. Preparation and Dispatch Our preparation time is 3 to 5 business days (for Portugal/EU) and 5 to 8 business days (International). This includes final quality checks and handing over your order to the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

2. Shipping Costs

• Portugal and European Union: Standard Shipping is FREE.

  • Note: For Switzerland, a flat rate of €10.00 applies due to customs processing requirements.

• International Shipping (Rest of the World): Flat rate of €20.00.

  • This covers destinations such as the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and other international markets.

3. Important Notes

• Customs Duties: For destinations outside the European Union (including Switzerland), any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery Address: Please confirm your shipping details during checkout. Pura Drive Store is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
